Yollandi Nortjie - Shosholoza ~ Go Forward

Here's an inspiring traditional African tune that you may or may not know. It's called Shosholoza.

This specific version is pulled directly from Clint Eastwood's Invictus.

According to Wikipedia, this song is a Ndebele folk song that originated in Zimbabwe. It's even known so far as to be called South Africa's second anthem apparently.

The song is usually sung in a call and response fashion, where a soloist sings one line, and the choir would follow and sing the line.

Listen to a demo of this song!
